Kilner Electrics was heavily involved in providing an I-Med Radiology clinic set up in an existing 3 story building in South Yarra.

The complexity of the job was amplified due to there being existing tenants on 2nd & 3rd levels of the building, while the ground & 1st levels required an entire fit out as part of the new clinic.

The building required a power upgrade and a 1200 Amp sub station installed in the basement to meet the new tenants requirements, while keeping supply available to the existing customers with minimal power shut down time.

This included:

• New mains cables
• New main switchboards
• Metering to the whole building

Kilner Electrics was able to provide all of the services and expertise to complete the clinic fit out without a hitch.

Kilner Electrics can provide electrical upgrades to 'ramped up' MRI cabin rooms. Using a special set of tools and safety procedures, we are able to work safely within the environment of a ramped up MRI magnet, to provide electrical solutions with minimal disruption to functioning clinic.

Kilner Electrics was asked to provide a ground up setup of the fully automatic iSmart Laundrette premises.

This included:

• Installation of power
• Lighting & data networks to meet their requirements,
• CCTV monitoring
• Alarm system installation
• Remote entry locks to the premises for automated security
