Kilner Electrics has just completed a complex job for me at my medical centre, shops and units development at Whittlesea.
The job required analysis of the external power supply available, and analysis of the capacity of the infrastructure available on the site. This then required preparation and some negotiation of a plan to rectify existing problems and upgrade the site. It turned out to be very complex because the existing electrical infrastructure had significant defects.
Once the solution and electrical plan were agreed he did a very well structured and timed installation of the, street power upgrade, the massive power board replacement and upgrade, installation of new underground wires without damaging the new concrete paving, and then the electrical supply to the Radiology and Dental Practices. He also organized the temporary generators to maintain power to the medical centre and tenants. This involved working with and advising the Architect, Shop Fitter, Original Builder, and the owners. It also involved informing and scheduling work with the various health professionals.
